Security has implemented Total\nQuality Management (TQM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We know the importance of improving our task and\nprocesses. Over time a proven method can become obsolete. As result, we are\nalways looking for better ways to conduct our daily duties. In order to apply\nTQM, we evaluate each post quarterly based on the following review process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identifying\nclient expectations<\/li><li>translating\nclient expectations <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>into post orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Establishing\nperformance standards<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/li><li>Feedback to the\nclient<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>24\/7 Access<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients have access to our\nmanagement 24-hours a day. We have 24-hours supervision. Our security\nsupervisors meets with clients and employees as necessary to ensure client and\nemployee satisfaction. The supervisor checks the posts and the security\nofficers randomly at your location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s the goal of D.N.&nbsp; Security to provide a level of security\nservice that exceeds its client&#8217;s expectations. D.N.&nbsp; Total Quality Management is designed to\nensure the highest level of performance and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total Quality Management is a\ncontinual process that includes comprehensive security programs customized for\neach client, regular quality evaluations and client feedback.
